Main Street Glendale
In conjunction with the new $100 million Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox spring training facility, Rightpath Limited Development Group has assembled approximately 500-acres of land for mixed-use development. The project has excellent freeway access and a variety of amenities in the immediate vicinity. Main Street is strategically located in the hub of the Loop 101 corridor and is destined to become the new city center for the rapid expansion taking place in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
The project fronts Loop 101 Freeway at the northwest corner of Bethany Home Road and the Maryland Avenue overpass Mainstreet is across from the University of Phoenix Stadium, home to the NFL’s Phoenix Cardinals, Jobing.com Arena, NHL’s Phoenix Coyotes and north of MLB’s planned Glendale Spring Training facility, future Cactus League home to the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox. The project is directly accessible from Loop 101 at the Bethany Home Road interchange to the south and Glendale Avenue interchange to the north.
Upon full build-out, Phase I of Main Street will encompass up to 5,000,000 square feet and is certain to become West Phoenix’s premier retail, entertainment, dining, office, hospitality, and residential destination.

The Falls at Desert
The Falls at Desert Ridge Located in the heart of the Desert Ridge master planned-community. The site consists of high density and single family residential land and is zoned for 3,706 dwelling units and a neighborhood retail center. Additionally, Rightpath was integral in helping the City of Phoenix purchase a 56 acre park site contiguous to Rightpath’s property, and is currently helping the City with a park design that will be a wonderful amenity to the new community. With a planned trail system to connect The Falls to the park and surrounding community, residents enjoy a picturesque and convenient master planned community in the heart of the Phoenix metro area.
